PRIVATE COACHING

If you already have access to a gym or fitness equipment but are looking for a customized plan, education, and accountability then this is the perfect option for you! With online training, you will get access to your own personal phone app where I will upload the workouts I write you to the built in workout calendar. You will check the calendar each day, track your workout stats, log your nutrition, and watch yourself progress through the plan! In the app, you can have access to me through instant messaging and I will see everything you do in your food and workout logs and be able to help guide you as you progress! Take your phone to the gym on YOUR time, follow the demonstration videos for each move, input what you do, and then I will check in with you at regular intervals to see how things are going. Technology has made getting fit easier and more flexible than ever!

The answers you provide in the Private Coaching Application let me know what your goals are, any health history that might impact how I write your workouts, what has worked for you in the past, and other details about you that will ensure your program is exactly what you need it to be.
