HI, I'm Stephanie Doster. I'm a certified personal trainer and sport nutrition specialist with over 13 years of experience helping women reach their body goals! I have transformed my own life through fitness, and am obsessed with helping other women break out of feeling trapped and bored in bodies they hate! My mission is to see as many women as possible look amazing and have more fun in their lives! ​
As a mom who struggled with feeling lazy, unmotivated, undisciplined, flabby, and miserable, I know the mental and emotional stress that you're experiencing if you feel that you aren't living up to your full potential. I knew there was more for me. And I know you feel the same way. Let me show you the way, support you, encourage you when you're struggling, and teach you how to live the life of your dreams in a body that you feel PROUD of! I will share with you all of the knowledge and experience I have. You don't have to figure this out on your own.
